ABOUT ME
With over 30 years of experience in casual restaurant dining and various luxury hotels, I can enable your company's success by driving menu development and culinary innovation. My key areas of focus for clients have been to identify and produce compelling menu items and programs designed to scale efficiently as their brand grows. I can also manage or enhance chain wide or regional feature programs and F&B quality controls.
In addition, I have overseen production of several restaurant chains, culinary training, promotional materials, recipe books and manuals. I have also supported the development of culinary teams. I am always striving to reduce costs while enhancing kitchen design, technologies, systems and ultimately, profitability.
